Position: Quality and Training Manager

Main functions:
The Quality and Training Manager will work in collaboration with the Project Manager, the Production Coordinator and the Supervisors of the various production departments to ensure the maintenance and implementation of a quality control system in the production process. Current production, capturing and sharing information related to Quality control, standardizing the training of new employees and maintaining a healthy climate for Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).

Description of tasks:

• Collaborate with the production team to manage the quality control systems in place or implemented as needed.

• Perform parts inspection and enter data and generate reports.

• Participate in the eradication of production problems and their resolutions.

• Upgrade and maintain the evolution of work procedures at each position.

• Share inspection reports with our customers to ensure quality monitoring.

• Actively participate in maintaining a healthy climate for Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).

• Coach the training of new employees who join our team.

• Support production by remaining available to fill certain positions as needed on a temporary basis.

Work conditions:

• 4 Weeks of vacation + all holidays + 2 to 5 paid sick days.

• Annual starting salary depending on your experience between $47,000 and $51,000 per year.

• Regular daytime hours from Monday to Friday.

Position: Assembly Crew Member

Main functions:
According to the production guidelines communicated by his supervisor, the Assembly Team Member is responsible for assembling the components in the molds by following their order of assembly according to the production orders, maintaining the pace of his work and the application of corrective measures following the follow-up of quality inspection #2.

• Get involved in press setups at the request of the Supervisor

• Keep this workstation and its tools clean

Work conditions:
